I’ve just switched my Blu-ray drive to one that can handle UHD discs, yet when I try to play one in PowerDVD I get an error saying that the disc can’t be played on the computer and to check that the GPU meets the system requirements.
The graphics card is a: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER connected via a DisplayPort cable
It seems strange that it doesn’t work when I’ve got Windows 10 displaying in a 4K resolution and the graphics card is one that can handle ray tracing.
I’ve just tried doing a fresh/clean install of the graphics drivers, but that hasn’t made any difference
