Unable to reinstall Windows 10 from Ubuntu dual-boot

I had originally Windows on my computer and I installed Ubuntu on it in a dual-boot. Since then, the Windows 10 has been deleted from its partition (the partition remains, but is labelled as “basic data” only). I would now like to reinstall Windows 10 back into the partition and keep Ubuntu as it is (i.e. not alter the dual-boot). I have a USB with the ISO Windows 10 file. I am, however, unable to reinstall Windows 10 despite my many attempts.

I have attempted to access the Boot manager from my grub, but this does not do anything. Attempting to choose USB HDD in Advanced option only leads to a restart of the computer. The Windows boot manager seems to just ignore any attempts to reinstall Windows. My partitions are shown in the following image:
My partitions. Is it possible to reinstall Windows 10 in my case, and if so, how can I manage to do so?
