Unmountable VMFS WMware partition

I’ve been asigned the task to resurrect a VMware 6.7 test server with a failed RAID 1 (and no backup, of course!).

I salvaged the data from the RAID 1 to a regular SATA drive. Only 8 kib are missing.
The server boot, VMware boot.
But the datastore (VMFS 6 partition) is not mounted.

The VMFS volume is not visible into /vmfs/volumes
I see the partition from the web GUI and from CLI. I have its UUID.
I can not mount it, I can not extend it (not in the list of extendable things), nothing.

Maybe this can help:
The disk has 1 Tb free space at its end. When I create a newdatastore on this free space, I have an error message: Failed to create VMFS datastore test - Cannot change the host configuration.
If I create a new datastore on a separate drive, it is ok.
