VMConnect feature of Windows Admin Center stopped working

I have a Dell Tower with Windows Hyper-V Server (I.e. Baremetal hyperv server like VMWare ESXi) installed. I use Windows Admin Center (latest version) to web into this server to manage VMs. The VM Connect feature that lets you see the display (or console window) of selected VM stopped working lately. Wondering if someone can help troubleshoot this.

So far I tried accessing this feature from different browser, different browsers from different system, rebooting VMs and HyperV server, cleared cache/cookies of browser. Reinstalled Windows Admin Center again. None worked.

Once I enter credentials, instead of showing current desktop, it shows typical Windows circular animation. I could RDP in. I have one VM that requires first login through VM connect so that I can disable Network Level Auth crap and RDP to it. Without VM Connect feature, I am dead in the water.

Thanks
