In several scenarios, when I click on a link in the browser, the new page doesn’t load but instead the tab for the link on the top left begins flickering. Sometimes it will effectively reboot the browser, sometimes it will just hang things.
I have roughly the same problem with Firefox, Internet Explorer, and MS Edge.
