weird symbols on lazyvim black dots & whole squares

what is the problem with my nvim

what are these symbols that appear in lazyvim when i’m in index.html type ! and then expand the emmet and delete everything these symbols appear what is this this is annoying me in lazyvim for so long WUNDOWS i dont know what’s going on maybe because i’m a noob
