Why a 1000 watt air blower offer lower price than a 2000 watt [closed]

I am planning to buy an air blower. Never used one before. I am planning to buy a cheaper model which will be just enough for small task like pc component cleanup. I have seen two models that are within my price range. One is a 2000 watt model and the other is a 1000 watt model. Common knowledge is higher wattage model is expected to be of higher price. But between these two models I see that the 2000 watt model offer lower price. So my question is :

  1. A 1000 watt or 2000 watt, which will be best fit for regular pc cleaning? Is the 2000 watt model be too strong to damage pc component by strong air flow.
  2. As the 2000 watt model offer lower price, is it possible that it is not rated correctly for 2000 watt (fake product) ?
  3. Is it common for lower power rating air blower to be higher in price?
