Why am I experiencing a boot issue and freezing while connected to a router?

I am experiencing issues when the desktop (newly assembled) PC is connected to a router by the Ethernet cable.

Issues experienced while router is connected via Ethernet Cable:

  • Freezing while using the computer, it closes the app and returns to desktop screen. Wallpaper becomes blank and icons on desktop are gone. They come back gradually while hovering the mouse on left side of screen.
  • Abnormal shutdown, while connected via Ethernet Cable.
  • Fails to boot, gets stuck on boot/splash screen which after a few seconds the screen becomes blue(not bsod but light blue without error codes) and then automatically shut down.

I have a Gigabyte B550M Gaming X WiFi6 motherboard (rev 1.0).

Checked with two different routers and cables.

Checked SSD for faults using Seagate tools, but no errors/faults detected.

Specs: Ryzen 5500, Gigabyte b550m motherboard, Asrock AMD RX 6500 XT, Seagate NVMe SSD, Corsair bronze cx550 psu, Corsair 16gb RAM, Ant Esports ICE-112 cabinet, Windows 11 with drivers and BIS up-to-date. Without the router connected there are no issues at all.
