I have this 2 in 2 laptop BMAX Y13. (both tablet and laptop) Everything still works but after update to Windows 11, the screen is not rotating and also in tablet mode the keyboard is still active.
I checked and in services.msc the HingeAngleService V1.1.1.6, the SensorDataService, the Sensor monitoring service and the Sensor Service are running.
In the device manager I see that:
- Software Component: HingeAngleService is started without errors/warnings.
- Kionix 3-axis accelerometer is started without errors (WUDFRd).
- Kionix 3-axis accelerometer in keyboard is started as well (WUDFRd).
However, still the screen won’t rotate, neither in laptop nor in tablet mode, also the keyboard in tablet mode stays active.
Does anyone have a clue about what is happening or suggestions how to fix this?
