Why am I getting a “Security Error: Secure boot version check failed” error when trying to boot Windows setup from a USB flash drive?

Following my previous question:

I figured it’s UEFI CA 2023 update preventing Windows setup USB flash drive to start.

After updating bootable media, I’m greeted with this:

Security Error: Secure boot version check failed.
Your system security may be compromised!
Current version: 3.0 - Minimum allowed version: 5.0
Visit https://aka.ms/secure-boot-version-violation for more information.
The system will shutdown in 18 seconds.

The link to visit doesn’t exist, zero info about this on the web.

What can I do?
