I have a Huawei laptop and had forgotten my pin. Was asked to enter something like a1 b2etc.and now all I have is a black screen with Huawei and a rotating disk.
I’ve tried various things .have got in using the command prompt but when I look at my Picture DIR it shows:

(DIR) ..
0 files(s) 0 bytes
2 DIR(s) 10,189,508,608 bytes free
Does this mean my pictures have gone?
