Why does Windows 10 Network node (in Explorer) not see other computers?

I have multiple computers all in the same Workgroup. From the PC I’m typing on, I can set up a network share to access the boot drive of one of the other computers (using “net use”); the other PCs drive is then in Explorer as a drive letter.

However, the Network node in explorer doesn’t see the other computer. Of course, I can ping it (using either its V4 IP or its name) but Explorer’s network node doesn’t know of it.

How can I fix this?
