Why doesn’t a website like Udemy.com work in my Chrome browser since a few days ago? How to check the reason?

When I open https://udemy.com in my Chrome browser it displays the following error:

This page isn’t working
If the problem continues, contact the site owner.
HTTP ERROR 401

However, the same page works in Edge, it also works in Incognito mode in Chrome.

I am sure that if I clear cache and history it will start working. Or at least that’s what I like to believe. However, what is the exact thing I can check that stops Udemy from opening in my regular Chrome browser?

Can anyone specify the exact thing to check apart from clearing all the history?
