The Surface Pro 7 Windows 11 Pro was functioning normally on battery and was in daily use on battery Yesterday, it shut down as battery went to 0%.
Unit was connected to AC Adapter as usual and following a 2 hour charge, failed to start. Connected to another known good AC adapter for a few hours and again, failed to start. Tested first AC adapter with another Surface Pro and it was charging normally.
Tried power and volume up buttons together for 30+ seconds but no joy.
Have tried with and without MS Type cover and there is no uSD Card installed.
Have seen other posts regarding sudden battery failure but the unit will not power on when connected to AC Adapter.
This is not the same as the noted Dell Laptop Battery question as the Surface had been running fine on battery up to yesterday.
Any other suggestions to resurrect this tablet?
