My laptop is HP EliteBook 845 14 inch G11 Notebook PC currently running windows 11 25H2. I have Boat Rockerz 550 Bluetooth headphone, which plays sound normally in any other devices except my laptop. When connected it says connected mic, audio; but when any media sound is played the audio doesn’t even play or plays through realtek audio internal speaker. My headphone is set as default device, and is selected as output device in audio.
Also in mmsys.cpl I can’t test the audio, also configure option is greyed out. Some images to clarify
