I am running Windows 10 and my desktop randomly displayed a stop code after my PC shut down I wasn’t able to boot, only get into BIOS.
Not sure what caused it as I was multitasking, filling out a online form, running a Bitdefender full scan in the background
I am able to boot into safe mode but really need some expert troubleshooting steps on next steps.
- While in safe mode are there any diagnostic checks I can run?
- How do I diagnose the cause?
- How do I prevent from happening again?
