Yes,, still using windows 7 because it works and I refuse to deal with 11.
That said,,for some reason the OE snipping tool opens and highlights but no longer will save/save as.
I can send it as an attachment, grab it from Thunderbird and then open/save the file. The program is working,, just can not save.
I have been troubleshooting thinking it had something to do with winareo or libraries but nothing corrects it.
Is there an option to reinstall it? any guesses?
