Windows connectivity issues after sleep

I have notebook with Windows 10 22H2.

When it comes from sleep, from time to time could happen quite strange connectivity issue.

Symptoms:

  • Network icon in tray show “No internet access”
  • Outlook can’t sync with Exchange.
  • Browsers Firefox and Edge have no problems connecting to internet (including outlook.office365.com), as other applications.

Manual disconnection and later re-connection of same WiFi network usually doesn’t change situation. But sometimes after such a reconnect MS Teams could lose connection too.

As of workaround: connect to another WiFi network, and reconnect back.

Looking for advise on how to proceed with diagnostics. Or maybe somebody could share their experience if happen

Some additional information

Same issue can be reproduced with some probability (~50%) by command Restart-NetAdapter -Name "Wi-Fi"

This is a corporate notebook with a number of security services and applications.
