Windows laptop not proceeding past device boot selection

Out of the blue a Lenovo B590 will not proceed past this screen:

None of the options work. I’m returned to the same screen each time.

I put a Windows 10 bootable iso on a thumb drive but that doesn’t work either.

The bios drive scanner found no bad sectors.

The bios screen is far more simple than a traditional bios screen.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
