This is a spreadsheet of various classes, instructors and how busy they are. How busy the classes are is measured in occupancy.
To the right (in amber/orange) is a league table I need a formula to want to create a league table by pulling the data from this. I want to pull in order of highest to lowest occupancy. It should show the day, class, instructor and time too by pulling the data from the left columns. The information needs to be of occupancy. It allows me to see what is working well and what isnt.
The spreadsheet goes down to row 215. For easier illustration, I this is a smaller version so I need the formula to reflect the fact there are 215 rows. It also needs to ignore any blank ones.
Pretty sure this is INDEX and MATCH but any advice would be appreciated.
