I recently switched from my €40 Logitech USB headset to €160 analog Sennheiser GSP 600 headset. I use headset mainly for listening electronical music from my laptop. What I expected was better sound quality, higher bass and definetely higher maximum volume. However, when I plug my new Sennheiser to my laptop and put Windows 10 system volume to 100, what I get is weaker sound than from my previous Logitech. My laptop is very old (Acer Aspire 5750) but shouldn’t better headset still perform better than cheaper one? Is this issue with sound card or something? Thanks in advance.
