Trying to change a sheet reference in a formula to an input

=SUM(–(FREQUENCY(IF((indirect(E9))$B$9:$B$2061=C2,MATCH(Table1[PO’#],Table1[PO’#],0)),ROW(Table1[PO’#])-ROW(‘2023’!$G$9)+1)>0))

In the above formula i and trying to make the sheet ‘2023’! an input from a different cell.
