Is there a way to enable remote access for a Huawei HG8121H router?

I need help with remote access for Huawei’s Router: HG8121H.

I used to monitor or control the access through the router’s admin page. But I can only do that when I am connected to the network, I wanted to know if there’s a way to allow remote access, this would allow me to control the access even when I am not at home.

Is there a way to enable it? The admin page seems to be less promising to provide remote access.
