In MS Word, how do you set multiple arbitrary (non-consequtive) table rows as header rows?

Sorry for a seemingly common question; There are many answers to how to create multiple header rows to tables in MS Word, (such as this Q/A)

Table with two or more header rows

but they all seem to only work for consecutive rows at the top of the table, or rows at the top of a new page. Is it possible to set any row (multiple) as a header and how?
