I have a Canon imageRunner 1133 printer and Brother DCP 7055.
For whatever reason the Canon refuses to print in one certain program.It works fine when I print in word, excel, chrome, edge, acrobat etc… . But this one program, each time I send a document (a report which generated from this software) to print. Simply It does not respond. In other words the canon responds not at all!
With the Brother printer, it has a same situation, It works well with word,Acrobat and etc… but with the certain program the Brother prints blank paper, in other words it responds but it’s response is white paper!
