Dell Latitude 5421 Power not working Help please [closed]

I Bought A Dell Latitude 5421 From eBay for $250. They say it works but did not come with a Battery or Power Supply. So I Figured I got 4 different sized barrel type dell power supplies here. Got the laptop Then noticed it Doesn’t take a normal power supply but a 65watt USBC So I Remembered my camping phone is a Blackveiw that came with a 65 watt power block tried it Didn’t Work the Power Light comes on about 2 seconds after I plug it in but then goes out a second later. So I went to Amazon since I needed my power fast & found a Generic Dell 65watt that said it would work on the Latitude 5421 on sale for $8 & got it the next day lm same thing light comes on & goes off & no power Then I looked & that one said it was like 3.25a & my friend said this laptop is suppose to use 4.5a & that’s why it wouldn’t work (maybe some Latitudes 5421’s Have a different processor cause mine is the 11850H which For the price of the laptop should Run Really Good. Anyway Back to Amazon & get a 90watt generic that Is 4.5a & This Amazon Post Says it will work on my laptop & it Says Will Work With 4.5a Check so I’m alike this will fix it Paid $17 Got it today & Same Thing. Like What is Going on Seen how Dell Says Some generic power supplies might be it he the same in terms of Watts or even Amps so Use a Dell. But Forget that when They are asking close to Half the Price I paid for the Laptop. Any Clue What is Going on & First time ai really used Amazon so Is Amazon Full of Crap listings like those two that say something will work When it Doesn’t ? Anyone Know A generic plug that will work for this model Dell. If I buy a battery will That maybe Fix it ? my other laptop a HP I Run with no battery in it & it runs fine So Anyone knows What could be my problem?
