My laptop is currently experiencing an issue where it cannot detect the TPM. Specifically, when starting the laptop, it displays the error: “Alert! TPM device is not detected.” However, there is one case where this error does not appear: when the laptop uses the wrong audio driver, and in this case, the speakers do not work. Conversely, when the correct audio driver is installed and the speakers function normally, the TPM error consistently appears. My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 3501 with an i5-1135G7 processor.
