I briefly installed Glary Utilities for a while, but the program proved useless to me, so I uninstalled it the same day. After uninstalling, an EXE file remained in the C:…AppDataLocalPackages directory. Although the antivirus scan didn’t reveal any threats, I deleted the file anyway, thinking that was the end of it. When I looked at the services list the day before yesterday, the file was still there. I opened the registry editor and deleted the relevant key under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetServices. The service is still in the list, however, as you can see in the image.
