Frames and lists in Microsoft Word in a Style command

I have gone a bit crazy when checking and validating a document produced by my team due to a lot of typograhic eroors and have therefore gone on a long quest to change the document and improve what can be improved.

Among other things I have started a rigorous stylesheet.
I have tried to do so for some short highlighted extracts. To mimic the starting points, it is using frames.

I thought I had an easy win when I managed to get that
good result

But then later I encountered my new current nemesis : lists
bad result

So I understand the way framing works by default is to have a defined spacing relative to the text which is the problem.Style Frame

So is there

  • A way to better define framing to prevent that from happening ?
  • An alternate command to framing to get the same result ?

The goal is to have something very clickable and very reproductible for everyone one word version.
