We have a HP Color LaserJet M553 and a Epson WF-4730 that worked fine on Windows 10. We moved a customer to Windows 11 and neither will work. Multiple desktop machines have been tried. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers multiple times. We have restarted the print spooler multiple times. Removed and re-added the printers, no luck. I need these to work over USB only. The computers detect the printers seemingly but immediately error when you attempt a test page. Any tips are greatly appreciated.
