How can I tell what’s attempting to use the Your Phone Link app?

Question: Today when I logged into my Windows 11 PC I saw a popup stating: “Another program is currently using this file” file link shown on top of popup = C:Program FilesWindowsAppsMicrosoftYourPhon

Any clues ?
