How can I show accent color on title bars only and not on window borders?

Under Settings > Personalization > Colors > Accent Color one can set a custom color for certain windows elements.

There is a checkbox for “Show accent color on title bars and window borders”, which colors the title bar as well as a border around the current window.

It appears as one can not toggle the settings separately, is there another place where one can toggle the settings individually?
