My son is on a base, unable to log into his Windows 11 PC. It keeps saying he needs WiFi for this. WiFi was fine for past year. Have tried mobile hotspot from phone also. Nothing works and can’t get internet on the PC.
We have even tried a WiFi adapter plug and play with built in drivers to just work straight away. Even that did not work. It seems to be a network or system issue, but I unable to log in to troubleshoot.
Have already tried flight mode, safe mode and safe mode with network. Nothing worked to have proper option to use password to sign in.
- Have tried using mobile hotspot with phone.
- Does not have pin. Only Microsoft password.
- Does not have option for ethernet as nothing to connect to locally.
What are his options?
Is the only option now a media creation too to try and repair the OS and network?
