Why does ipapi:0 appear in netstat -a output on a Windows client PC?

I have found there are a number of websites with the name ipapi and different TLD’s.

They seem to offer some kind of geolocation stuff.

It doesn’t give me a good feeling that netstat -a returns entries such as:

Proto Local Address Foreign Address State
  TCP 0.0.0.0:80 ipapi:0 LISTENING
  TCP 0.0.0.0:135 ipapi:0 LISTENING
  TCP 0.0.0.0:445 ipapi:0 LISTENING
  TCP 0.0.0.0:5357 ipapi:0 LISTENING
  TCP 0.0.0.0:49664 ipapi:0 LISTENING
  TCP 0.0.0.0:49665 ipapi:0 LISTENING
  TCP 0.0.0.0:49666 ipapi:0 LISTENING
  TCP 0.0.0.0:49667 ipapi:0 LISTENING
  TCP 0.0.0.0:49669 ipapi:0 LISTENING
  TCP 0.0.0.0:49671 ipapi:0 LISTENING
  TCP 0.0.0.0:49684 ipapi:0 LISTENING

Am I paranoid or is this not Ok?
