What happens when my system has the wrong Unix time and I am using Firefox SSL?

Suppose my local Unix time is off by, say, about one hour. Does every https:// website I attempt to visit show a warning, or only some?

In which cases does this take the shape of a warning with button “Accept the risk and continue,” and instead when does the title/headline of the warning page say explicitly that the clock is wrong?

In the first case, if I click accept the risk and continue, what do I need to do in order to see the message again (e.g., is it sufficient to revisit the same page on another tab; do I need to clear cache; …)
