Outlook Classic on desktop (Windows 11), Version 2609 Build 16.0.20430.20032.
Just today I’ve noticed if I select some text a not-quite-circle appears above the text. It doesn’t seem to do anything if I hover, left-click or right-click on it. It doesn’t appear anywhere else, so I don’t think it’s from another application.
What is it and where has it come from (and what is it for)?
