Any (effective) tricks to speed up Windows 10 22H2? [closed]

I have been a constant Windows 7 user, but recently I needed to set up a secondary drive to run Windows 10 for certain apps that require it. I have the installation media for the build 1703. That version runs smooth, fast, especially when I disable updates. But some apps required build 22H2. I updated. Laptop became slow. Lagging, boots much slower than the build 1703.

On Windows 7 speed had been an issue from the very first days, too. You often found that the CPU usage is very high, in spite of that you had no apps opened and running. But there was a trick to solve this problem, and with that trick most old computers can run fast even today. You just simply needed to go to Updates in the Services, and disable it. It was that simple. And occasionally you needed to rebuild the index (every 3-4 years). That 2 methods increased the speed siginificantly, so that even old laptops could run faster than many entry and mid level laptops today, even on HDD.

I wonder if any tricks like this exist for Windows 10 22H2? I guess there should be, as the build 1703 is running fast, without lagging. I guess some other services were added on 22H2, that should be disabled. But which one? Does anyone know?
