Applications in Anaconda Navigator will not run

Applications within anaconda will not start. An error message is generated: Exit code: 1 Also when trying to start R for example it says it will not start in the existing environment and then tries to create another environment.

I am running Windows 10. I had run Anaconda on a different computer with no issues, also Windows 10.
