I am using Windows 11 and when I try to login it says your pin is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your PIN again. So I click Set up my PIN but nothing happens.
So I can’t set up a new PIN and cant login with any PIN at all so I’m stuck Ive tried going Shift+Restart into WRE but my WRE is missing a lot of the options there is only two options, change UEFI settings and safe booting.
I tried both but nothing works.
I tried flashing my BIOS with USB, I tried resetting BIOS by bridging, I tried taking CMOS battery out. tried using onboard and external GPU but nothing no displays. this all happened after I changed in BIOS on MSI tomahawk b550 from CSM legacy to UEFI for BIOS. Then I changed all my hard drive / SSD to GPT. Still nothing.
How to fix now? I can’t see BIOS and can’t get a command prompt.
Just found out that yes, I deleted a Windows Recovery partition which is why some of my WRE is missing.
