Whenever I open the task manager, as normally there are a lot of background processes, so I should scroll down with the mouse wheel to see all of them. Well… turns out I can’t scroll, in every tab I’m not able to use the mouse wheel to scroll up or down.
I’m sure it’s not the mouse because I’ve reinstalled drivers several times, and the only window the scroll doesn’t work is in task manager.
