Chrome OS: view OS and App update log

I notice apps on Chromebook will automatically download updates, including Malwarebytes and Google Play, for example.

I have researched if whether or not I can view these activities in the same way we can with Windows OS Update History, but I have not been able to find anything to confirm either way.

Is there a way to view OS & apps update log information in Chromebook?
