CMYK printing no overprinting

I need to print documents that are strictly CMYK with no mixing of colors. in other words, when I print black then CMY do not print. If I print Cyan then MYK do not print. etc. My document has black text only and I want it to be only black ink nothing else.
Yes I will only have 4 colors. I do vary the intensity by reducing the coverage of a given color but that is all.
