Using Macbook Pro M1.

I had just one account on my mac. Admin.

Created a new account of type “Standard” in the “User and Groups” settings from my admin account.

Switched to the new Standard account for the first time. Upon switching, the first thing I did, pulled up a terminal, tried accessing the admin home folder, and to my surprise, I was able to view all files and folders.

Seems very odd to me. Can someone tell me how that happened?
