Critical CSS blocks interactivity and CLS problem

Magento 2.4.3-p1

Steps to reproduce (*)

With Luma active on Magento 2.4.3-p1, enable Critical CSS:
bin/magento config:set dev/css/use_css_critical_path 1

Issues:

Test with lighthouse CLS of the web page increases from 0.01s to 1s

Request:

How can i use critical CSS and do not influence on the CLS
