Customisable options not adding to the total price

I have a configurable product that has customizable options attached to it. I can select the customizable options but they do not affect the final price at all.However all the customizable options do have a price attached to them in the back end. I’ve tried re-indexing and clearing cache multiple times already. Additionally the customizable options work fine when i remove the product from being a configurable product. I’d prefer a solution through the admin dashboard and without any code if possible, thanks.
