Customise Windows Start Menu Folders

Is there a way of customising (ie removing/moving/renaming) Windows 11 new Start menu Folders ? Preferably without third party products or picking at the registry.

For example, move Access to somewhere else as I don’t use it – to somewhere else and replace it with something else.
