Dell Precision M6800 every SSD gets broken after install Windows 11

I’ve got a laptop Dell Precision M6800. I like it because this laptop fits all my needs for the coding and research. I don’t want to throw it out. It has Intel core i7 and Windows 11.

I was going to upgrade hardware and installed 1tb SSD drive 2.5 inch SATA interface. After installing, it worked just fine couple of hours and then glitched, windows showed me error message, that the SSD drive is broken and after that was saying the the newly installed SSD is disconnected. I’ve tried tons of powerful tools to recover, nothing worked, it looks like the SSD device became physically broken. I have no idea how that could happen. I’ve changed other three (three more devices sadly became broken) SSDs from different vendors – all were behaving in a similar manner. I’ve tried all possible software for diagnosing or reparing SSDs – nothing helped, they all show hardware I/O error, low level, meaning that the hardware is damaged.

Please don’t suggest me to try one or another software to diagnose, I’ve tried everything possible. My question is as follows: has anyone experienced similar behavior? Any thoughts what could physically damage working, fully functional SSD drive after few hours of work?

I’m thinking that there is something wrong with the motherboard. Looks like the chipset has some issues or physical pins got broken, having no idea other than that.

The error details are absolutely not informative. I can provide the details here, but it won’t tell anything regarding the hardware failure:

The windows event log contains tons of messages like this (before it says that the device got disconnected:
An error was detected on device DeviceHarddisk1DR1 during a paging operation.

The exact version of the windows is as follows:
Microsoft Windows 11. Version 25H2. (OS Build 26200.8246)
The latest SSD that has been damaged and failed to operate in couple of hours is as follows: Samsung SSD 870EVO 1TB. Here are some more disk details:

another interesting point is that windows identifies it sometimes as RAW without filesysytem.
