Disable Chrome Notifications in Terminal

I’m looking for a way to update Chrome Site settings via the OS Terminal. We want to disable the ability for sites to ask to allow notifications en masse. We do not have our browsers managed via Google Admin, but we do use an MDM for all of our MacBooks (~4000). Is it possible to script this out? I have not been able to find where this setting lives in the file structure.
