usbtop gives you an at-a-glance look at your USB bandwidth usage, but it’s only linux:

I’ve been tinkering around in USBDeview but it doesn’t really fit the bill. I’ve tried installing usbtop on the Windows machine (I have Ubuntu substructure running on here) but apparently I don’t have usbmon in the kernel.
