I have a dock with a 20V@6A power brick and the power brick for my laptop just died (think the cable wore out). The dock brick has a regular barrel jack and there are adapters that go from barrel jack to USB C.
Does USB-PD support simply plugging 20V into a USB-PD port, with no “negotiation” I mean.
